MHPS SCR Systems are designed-to-purpose and built-to-perform. We employ both Cold Flow (physical) and CFD modeling to optimize each gas path-specific SCR design. In addition, we thoroughly assess structural issues such as duct/housing configurations, and apply our extensive operating experience to produce designs that minimize erosion, reduce the potential for plugging and popcorn ash issues and minimize SO2-SO3 conversions.
